These Iga Yaki spoons are in a traditional chirirenge shape and are designed for eating ramen. The name literally translates to a petal of a lotus flower that has fallen off. Sekkai is a complex, shining white glaze made of limestone. During firing process, the layers of glaze become clear and glass-like, revealing the creamy, base color clay underneath.
