This is a $15 voucher that will applied to your plant material purchase on the day of your consultation.  Before your visit, please take a few minutes to fill out this questionnaire. It'll help us get a head start on understanding your vision. After you complete the form, we'll send a copy of your answers to your email. You can either print it out or have it ready on your tablet when you arrive at The Ranch.
