HGUC #20 RGM-79 GM "Mobile Suit Gundam”

The RGM-79 GM was the first mass-production Mobile suit created by the Earth Federation. This MS used data gathered from the RX-78-2 Gundam and the RGM-79 GM Early Type as the basis for its design. The RGM-79 GM proved to be pivotal for the Federation’s victory during the One Year War, so much so that the GM and its later variants would be the primary Federation MS Force until UC0089 when Anaheim Electronics created the RGM-89 Jegan for the Earth Federation.
