Despite being diagnosed with an incurable pediatric brain tumor he lived his best life.  He loved roller coasters, collecting seashells at the beach, building sand castles, traveling to new places, national parks, creating art, Pokémon, Lego, and Power Rangers. He was a Cub Scout. He taught others how to live with his catch phrase “Make Every Day The Best Day Ever”. David Jr endured many treatments over the 3 years, 1 month and 4 days he lived with cancer.
