The cavity is about 2 1/4'' deep, 2'' thick, finished candle is about 2 ozs. Easy release, to get a better detailed product, please wait till the wax gets cool, you can accelerate the process by setting it in freezer for a few minutes if you want. Note: This 3D mold comes with 2 cuts, before pouring, line the cuts well especially inside and tighten it with a rubber band, when it's ready to demold, take off the rubber band, gently open the mold and let out your skull (you can also take the mold upside down and GENTLY press the bottom, the candle should come right out). No release agent is needed. T
