Courage Journal - To recognize your own limiting beliefs, and to build and cultivate courage in every aspect of your life. When you think of courage, what do you think of? I define courage as getting out of one’s comfort zone – whether that is physical, mental, or emotional. We are all courageous in different ways. Some might have the courage to try something physically dangerous, to risk harm or even death. Some might have the courage to try new ideas or to question previous thoughts and beliefs. Some might have the courage to be vulnerable and take emotional risks. While a person might have the courage to face physical fears, they won’t necessarily have the courage to face their emotional fears — and vice versa. Oftentimes, courage in one area is offset by a lack of courage in another. For example, people who are naturally more sensitive have a greater capacity for emotional courage.
