*Uses: Uva ursi leaf is astringent and tannic, and can be tinctured, applied topically, or brewed as an infusion. Traditionally used as a tea or tincture to support primarily for urinary tract disorders. Note: You should only take uva ursi for short periods, no longer than 5 days, under a health care provider's supervision. You should not take a series of doses of uva ursi more than 5 times in 1 year. Not to be taken more than the recommended doses. Combination: Combine with buchu, cleavers, dandelion leaf, or juniper berries. Precautions No known precautions.
