Mesquite Barbecue Spice is a dry rub that adds a mesquite smoked flavor to a boring backyard barbecue. A little less spicy than its Hickory counterpart, its mild sweetness can jazz up any food. Often used in Southern or Texas barbecues. Contains salt. USES: Use on any grilled meats as well as vegetables.
