Lemon Peel - Granulated

Lemon Peel is simply the dried rind of a lemon, granulated.  It has a strong lemon flavor and can be used in both sweet and savory dishes. USES: Use in sweet dishes such as, muffins, cakes and cookies.  Or add to marinades, meats, fish and vegetables.  Rehydrate in hot water for an even stronger flavor.   *1 oz = approximately 4 heaping Tablespoons
