Sea Salt, Kosher - Coarse

Coarse Kosher Sea Salt is a fine-screen salt from the Pacific Ocean.  It goes through a rigorous process, but contains no additives.  Coarse Kosher Sea Salt works well in a salt grinder, but can be added to foods as is. USES: Use on pretzels and crackers, or caramel and chocolate products.  Coarse salt works well in pickling and canning.  Grind and use on any food that needs a little boost.   *1 oz = approximately 1 heaping Tablespoon
