Ingredients Fennel fresh-dried seed (Foeniculum vulgare), Catnip fresh-dried leaf & flower (Nepeta cataria), Angelica fresh-dried root (Angelica archangelica), Gentian fresh-dried root (Gentian lutea), Oregon Grape fresh-dried root (Berberis nervosa), Ginger fresh root (Zingiber officinale), Pure grain alcohol, Distilled water. Suggested Use Restorative Tonic: Take 30 to 60 drops (1 to 2 droppersful) 3 times daily. Prevention: Take 30 drops (1 dropperful) 3 times daily. Can add to water, juice, or tea.
