Executioner's Sword Ngombe Congo Africa

Naturally worn due to age. Wooden handle is bound with leather. In the precolonial days swords of these types were used to execute slaves and prisoners of war during ceremonies held at the funeral of prominent people, such as chiefs, war leaders and blacksmiths.
