70s Red Gold Velvet Floral Halter Maxi Dress, Nirvana India

DESCRIPTION: 70s vintage red gold velvet floral halter maxi dress. The bodice of this maxi dress is lined and it has nylon rear zipper.  The maker is Nirvana India.  The velvet floral fabric takes the classic 70s maxi to luxurious new heights.   Studio 54 socialite meets Laurel Canyon songstress - this dress is perfect for all of your most fabulous after egos.  ITEM MEASUREMENTS:Bust: each cup measures 5.25" acrossWaist: 24"Hips:  42" Total Length: 56" MODEL INFO:  5’6.5.  Bust: 31"  Waist: 25 Hips: 31   OTHER DETAILS:   This dress is in good vintage condition.   Any signs of wear are consistent with age. We did want to note that at some point, we noticed that someone made an alteration to the back of the neck.  They added some elastic lace to the back of the halter, we assume to allow for extra room to slide the halter over the neck.  We did not try to "alter the alteration."  Instead, we decided to leave this to the buyer.  We're happy to provide photos of this if anyone has question
