DESCRIPTION: 70s blue white red double knit polyester dress with matching hot pants.  Dress has a butterfly collar and blue open-front skirt! Comes with a pair of matching polyester shorts.   Dress has a nylon zipper in back. Maker is Dimension V.  "You look like the Fourth of July!
