Weathertop Farm Shrubs and Switchels

Weathertop Farm is an organic farm in Cherry Valley, New York. We love their switchels and shrubs, especially the Elderberry products that are so wonderful in the winter.  The farm grows a wide variety of culinary and medicinal herbs that are used to make lines of artisanal foods and natural wellness products. They believe that a healthy economy is a local economy, and they make supporting local beekeepers, maple producers, and vegetable farmers part of their everyday business.
