Lughnasadh: A Ritual Class of Abundance

Join Melissa for a beautiful painting ritual to honor the earth's Cycles of the Wheel. Lughnasadh is halfway between Solstice and Equinox, and is a time of beginning to harvest the fruits of the seeds we have planted in the spring! Everything is bursting with ripeness and readiness. We will celebrate this energy of Abundance in a guided painting ritual.  I will open the ritual with speaking about the energy of Lughnasadh / Lúnasa / Lammas. I will read some inspirational and relevant poetry. I will then guide us on a drum journey, where we will connect with our heart and collect inspiration for our paintings. We will then do a painting/art ritual to express and mark what was learned within. This ritual is a way for you to reclaim the ability honor the cycles of the earth with creative acts.
