Somatic Session with Gregory

What’s a somatic rune session? Great question! When it comes to readings, whether it’s Tarot, Runes, oracle readings, or any other divinatory systems, the client experience is often on the receiving end of a lot of information. Sometimes it can feel like the reader is doing a lot of talking and crafting a beautiful story, but the client can come away feeling overwhelmed, wondering what they are supposed to do with it all. My intention with my offering of the somatic rune session is for it to be more interactive and about listening to the messages that come through the body experience in the form of behaviors, thoughts, images, beliefs, patterns, emotions, and sensations.  I am an SEP in-training, currently at the Intermediate level, and I weave in Somatic Experiencing™ to ground insigh
