Sikkim estates are found in northeast India nestled amidst the Himalayas. Flourishing one to two thousand meters above sea level, these green teas are harvested in Spring, resulting in a light, flowery and delicate flavor you should not miss! Tea Ingredients: Green tea Flavor: Light, flowery and delicate flavor  Benefits: Green tea retains antioxidant properties. Tea Brewing Instructions Boil one cup (equal to 200 ml) water in a pot (up to 80°C/176°F - fuming hot). Add one teaspoon of tea to a cup or strainer. Pour hot water on the leaves.  Steep for 1-2 minutes.  Can be enhanced with honey and lemon, if desired. Enjoy!
