CVC E and SILENT E activities! This differentiated, hands-on phonics games resource will help your students segment, spell, decode, and write silent e-words. These phonemic awareness activities will engage your students in various activities and strategies to work with CVCE words. These science of reading aligned centers and activities can be done in small groups or during centers. There are 7 different activities and recording sheets included: Phoneme Segmentation: students will write the sounds of each word. They can also use magnetic letters or letter tiles to build the words and practice phoneme segmentation and blending. (There are only 3 sounds so only 3 spaces. The silent e should go with the final letter) Writing: students write the word by saying the sounds in the word. (There are only 3 sounds so only 3 spaces.
