Vanilla Sugar

Delicious, plump vanilla beans are split and scraped into this sugar, then the beans are placed into the sugar. Together, the beans and the caviar (the seeds and creamy vanilla essence) from inside the beans flavor the sugar and give it a perfumey aroma.  Enjoy in coffee, baked goods, or in cocktails.
