Insurance and tracking numbers are included.   HOW IT WORKS:  HARD OIL® is a heat-activated product.  It must be used while oil is still HOT (176°F or 80°C and above) 1.) Turn the heat off, remove the basket from the fryer, and use HARD OIL® immediately after cooking is finished.  OIL must be HOT 2.) Use 1 scoop of HARD OIL® for every 5 cups of cooking oil.  Double or triple the amount of HARD OIL®if there is heavy breading or batter in the oil.   3.) Stir HARD OIL® and cooking oil together until HARD OIL® completely dissolves in the cooking oil.   4.) Wait until the cooking oil has cooled completely to a solid state.  A larger pot or fryer may require longer cooking times.   5.) To discard, first release the solidified oil from the surface of the pot or fryer by sliding a spatula along the edge. 6.) Dispose of the oil in the trash - OIL MUST BE HOT.  El aceite debe estar caliente -   WARNING: Please keep children out of reach.
