Recommended Cooking Instructions: Prepare a marinade for the tuna in accordance with your desired recipe. Coat the tuna with the marinade, cover & refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Preheat a non-stick skillet to high heat & sear the tuna on each side for approximately a minute to a minute & a half. Remove from the pan & slice to your preferred thickness.
