Center-Cut Milk-Fed Veal Chops

These veal chops are hand-cut by our master butchers on an as-ordered basis. [/cus_description_1] [cus_description_2] Serving Size: Approximately 10-12 oz. per Person or 1 Chop Ingredients: Soaked & Salted Milk-Fed Premium Veal. Recommended Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°. Followed desired seasoning recipe. Make sure veal chops have a little coating of olive oil. Place in cast iron pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side. Take pan off medium flame and place entire pan in the oven for 10-12 minutes. Please note that all veal should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145° as listed on foodsafety.gov, with a 3 minute rest time. [/cus_description_2]
