Each chop is delicious and tender, with an extremely flavorful eye, and always makes a spectacular presentation. This lamb roast is hand-cut by our master butchers on an as-ordered basis. [/cus_description_1] [cus_description_2] Serving Size: Approximately 12-16 oz. per Person Ingredients: Soaked & Salted Premium Lamb. Recommended Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 325°. Season roast with desired seasoning recipe. Cover roast and bake until roast is browned and cooked through, about 25-35 minutes per pound. You may need to tent foil over the roast for the last 10-15 minutes or so of cooking and raise the temperature to get a thorough browning of the roast. Please note that all lamb should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145° as listed on foodsafety.gov
