Recommended Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 425��. Place a cooling rack into a baking tray to allow the air to circulate. Follow desired seasoning recipe. Cook for approximately 10-12 minutes in total, flipping once. Alternatively these can be barbecued on a hot grill following the same instructions as listed above.
