Crafted in 18 karat yellow gold, the top of this eye-catching heart shaped conversion ring has beaautifully executed enamel work. Deep red guilloche enamel is framed by an outline of white and gold enamel, just like a valentine trimmed in lace! The center has a configuration of pearls shaped into a flower.
