Locking 2" Wide Black Premium Heavy Duty Leather Collar

Premium Heavy Duty Black Leather Collar is made from 3 layers of Genuine cowhide leather. The inner soft leather provides a very comfortable fit. Very high quality 1" locking nickel buckle with 3 heavy nickel D rings for attachments.  These collars are 2" wide and fit 11" to 19" neck sizes comfortably.  The outer heavier leather is stitched to the softer inner leather to make a very sturdy and durable collar.
