“Beta Quartz “

Please see the drop down for color and size choices available.  I have a small amount of lavender colored specimens available, the blue have sold out.  Also--I am currently offering  a nice discount on grid sets. ! (Limited number available) Commonly called Beta Quartz or High Quartz, this is actually a paramorph of Alpha Quartz after Beta Quartz.  In truth beta quartz does not exist below 573 degrees centigrade, but these little miracles have the extremely high hexagonal symmetry of beta quartz preserved in “regular” trigonal alpha quartz.  Created in volcanic conditions subjected to extremely rapid cooling, the precise moment prior to quartz  inversion (back to alpha quartz from the beta quartz state)  has been captured and the beta quartz structure is preserved in alpha quartz.  The result is perfect little bipyramidal crystals with a powerful punch! These crystals are wonderful for gridding, as they both amplify and expand the energies of other stones.  Please see the video below f
