With tasting notes of toasted marshmallow & honey, this is the first bar made with cacao beans from Impulsa Bacao in San Pablo de Borbur, Colombia. Goodnow fell in love with their beans and traveled there in February to meet the farmers and see their brand new fermentation and drying facility.
