Rubra Plena is a wonderful traditional peony showcasing large, long-lasting, deep crimson-red, double blossoms that have little rosettes of frilly petals. It has beautifully scented, full and luxurious blooms in the traditional cottage peony way.  An ever-popular peony spotted quite frequently alongside old farm properties that are very hardy, strong and compact.
