These easy slip-on collar covers fit right over your dog or cat's existing collar and allow you to change them for each of the upcoming celebrations/seasons/holidays. You can get them as a simple cover, or as a scrunchie style with that ruffled look. Extra Small: Up to 9" necks0-10lbs ~ 1/2" collar widths.
