Milky oats is lovely for: supporting and nourishing the nervous system recovery from physical and mental stress helping to alleviate exhaustion helping reduce pms symptoms supporting focus, memory and concentration Herbal Actions: Tonic, Nervine, Relaxant, Stimulant, Antispasmodic, Anti-depressant, Nutritive, demulcent (especially as porridge), Vulnerary, Endocrine Restorative To Use: Use a dropper-full in any beverage, under the tongue, or as desired. May be taken 3 times daily. Start with a few drops daily and grow from there. Shake well. Store in cool, dark place.
