These holiday New Yorks are available as bone-in or boneless roasts. Please leave a comment to let us know which you would like! Your roast will come tied (see pictured) with pickups available from 12/22 to 12/24. If you'd like a weight in between our weight ranges (for example, 3.5 pounds), just let us know in the notes and we'll do our best to oblige. $38.90 per pound.
