Rancho Gordo Midnight Black Bean

Midnight is a true black turtle bean with a rich, traditional flavor and light, thin skin. They are incredibly fresh, so little to no soaking is needed. Retain the black color better by not soaking, or use the soaking water while cooking if necessary.
