Small Butcher Basket

Our small butcher basket is 12 pounds of meat—perfect for a small household. It includes a mix of beef, lamb and pork cuts: 3-4 lbs. of steaks and/or chops, 5-6 lbs. of larger roasting and/or braising cuts and 3 lbs. of ground meat. All the meat featured in our baskets comes from the whole animals that we source from within 150 miles of Berkeley. Meat is pasture raised, antibiotic and hormone free, and purchased directly from farmers and ranchers who are stewards of the land. All meat is cut by skilled butcher and frozen for easy storage.
