Holiday Rib Roasts are sold by the rib. Each rib is about 2 to 2.5 lbs, and serves 2-3 people.  Please select the number of ribs you would like to order. Your roast will come frenched and tied. If you'd like it untied or prepared differently, leave instructions in the notes. Additionally, leave us a note on the checkout page with how many people you're serving so we can make sure you don't end up with too much or too little! These holiday Rib Roasts are $45.9 per pound.
