What's not to mesmerize about?  Off-shoulder side has a rubber tape to help the sleeve hold well on your skin. Features a small overlap on the side to mid front. Zipper in the mid back. Swarovski crystals. Soft crepe fabric. Made in Romanian by a Romanian designer.
