Averaging 6 lbs., this ham is packed with rich, savory flavor thanks to our slow, traditional process of curing and aging. Each ham is aged for 3 months to develop its signature taste and texture, making it the perfect centerpiece for family dinners, holiday gatherings, or a true Southern feast. For the best results, we recommend trimming any remaining skin, soaking the ham in cold water for several hours to reduce saltiness, and then wrapping it in foil with a splash of water to keep it moist while cooking.
