The juice is flavored and thickened with only sugar, corn starch and wheat flour. As its Chinese label boasts, it has 0% artificial sweeteners (or other additives) and 0% preservatives.  You can definitely taste the difference in this thick, rich oyster sauce and others on the market, as it tastes like oysters!
