Allowed to breathe, the aromas are word-for-word transcriptions of the fruit’s skin and flesh. Overflowing with seductiveness and endless in scope, the attack on the palate releases deliciously tangy juices. The mid-palate in turn is closer to a kernel, confirmed in the finish’s notes of almond.
