Fossa's preparation with the floral and mildly fruity Peruvian cacao from Ucayali River makes a chocolate that has a depth of flavour with lingering umami and jasmine fragrance. Fossa makes chocolates and confections, handcrafted from scratch in their workshop in sunny Singapore.
