Their mission was to create the highest quality chocolate bars using organic, Fair Trade (or better!) and sustainably sourced ingredients. Located in Portland’s vibrant Central Eastside, our factory boasts a chocolate & coffee cafe with in-house baked goods, our full line of products, and seasonal treats. We make our chocolate from scratch (bean-to-bar) in our factory space — from roasting cacao through packaging. Our chocolate bars are hand-wrapped to precision — simple, exquisite and beautiful.
