A single-origin, dark chocolate bar from Venezuela. The Venezuela Full Taste 85% dark chocolate bar is made with Fino Aromatico cacao only, which comes with a very distinctive aromatic complexity and notes of red fruit, ripe red cherry and cream. The entire production process, from fermentation to roasting and conching, is carefully overseen and neither soy lecithin nor vanilla are added to the mix to enhance the overall clean taste. Venchi's story began back in 1878 when Silviano Venchi, a young 20-year-old man, spent all his savings on two bronze cauldrons and started experimenting with chocolate in a small shop on via degli Artisti in the neighbourhood of Vanchiglia, Turin. A company with more than 145 years' worth of history, they bring the Italian way of life and delicious flavours to every corner of the earth, with 250 chocolate recipes and 90 flavours of gelato.
