A holiday classic, sure to impress even the most discerning guests.  The Standing Rib Roast, or Bone-In "Prime Rib", is a highly marbled, larger roast perfect for serving a crowd.  Sold by the bone in sets of 2, 3, 4, 5, or 7 bones, each bone is approximately 2.5 - 3 pounds. Weight ranges on each roast are an approximation and will be determined by the size of the loin your roast is cut from.   We recommend ordering a Boned & Tied (bones cut off
