Dolnet Lefevre and Pigis Early French Alto Saxophone HISTORIC COLLECTION

Here's a nice early French alto saxophone by Donet, Lefevre and Pigis.  Late 19th Century, this is a very cool vintage piece and is in good condition. Should play well after a repad. Provenance: The Historic Collection. This is from the collection of a well-known researcher and historian of woodwinds who spent a lifetime collecting rare and unique instruments. We are privileged to offer items from this collection for sale. As this instrument is historically interesting, we have chosen to not do restoration work on it and leave that to the eventual owner.
