IN STOCK AND READY TO SHIP! This is an amazing brand new Shires Solo Model Euphonium. This instrument was handmade by the master artisans at the Shires plant in Massachusetts, and it is typical of the incredible quality we have come to expect from Shires. I took this horn for a test drive and was very impressed. It sings through all registers with even, easy response and spot on intonation. It has THE MOST RESPONSIVE low register of any euphonium I have ever played. The low Ds and Cs just popped out effortlessly. Valves feel luxurious and this horn is really an incredible instrument. Key: Bb/F, compensating system Bore:: .591", .669" in the 4th valve Bell: 12 inch, two piece, hand hammered upright in standard weight yellow brass.
