This is the first Q-series instrument produced by Willson after their acquisition by Eastman, and I have to say I was blown away. This horn plays like a Willson 2900 but at a fraction of the price. Tone quality is light and soloistic, intonation is impeccable, and this horn provides the full Willson euphonium experience at a more modest price tag.
