Producer Direct Matcha Our Matcha is designed to help you prepare the ideal Mill Matcha latte from your own kitchen. Smooth, slightly sweet, and full of life, our Matcha is rated above the 'culinary' grade, making it a great choice for everyday enjoyment. At The Mill we work directly with the producer to offer one of the finest stone ground matcha not offered in the retail market.   Mill Matcha is Fine Japanese Stone Ground Green Tea & Specialty Grade Sugar. Packaged fresh to order at The Mill's East Sacramento cafe location, in black gift tin. For ease of ordering we have Chasen available here to be purchased with the Mill Matcha tin as a bundle. Each Chasen is made by hand in Japan from white bamboo. Store our Matcha in refrigerator or in cool dark spaces. Makes about 10 servings.
