Cleanse: For new pendulums or when it hasn't been used in awhile, you can begin by cleansing it. This can be simple or elaborate. Learn Directional Swings: Hold the chain of pendulum in the right hand & leave enough of it falling free to allow it to easily swing in any direction.Hold left hand out to the side or underneath the hanging pendulum, as the left hand is the receiving hand of energy. Tell the pendulum to show you "yes", it should swing in a direction. Then, stop it & tell the pendulum to show you "no", which it should swing in another direction. Once "yes" & "no" answers have been established, calibrate your pendulum by asking a few questions, that you already know the answers.
