White Bean Stew with Paprika, Rosemary & Broccoli
This hearty stew will warm your bones on a cool day, with a touch of spice from hungarian sweet paprika & Sibeiho's OMG! Sambal, roasted broccoli, mire poix, and aromatic garlic & rosemary. White beans are an excellent source of plant-based protein and are loaded with antioxidants. We love their creamy texture and compact size. They lend themselves very well to soups and stews. Add a loaf of weekly sourdough or gluten-free farmhouse multigrain for a hunk of bread to dip in your stew.
